Common Questions
Orders are fulfilled through Etsy. Check your Etsy account or the confirmation email for tracking info. If it's been more than 10 business days, email us and we'll look into it.
Try the "Forgot Password" option on the sign in screen. If that doesn't work, email us with the email address you used to sign up and we'll get you sorted.
If your item arrived damaged or defective, reach out within 14 days with a photo and we'll make it right. Custom printed cases are not eligible for returns unless there's a defect.
Email us with your request and we'll permanently delete your account and all associated data within 48 hours.
Make sure you're signed in before posting. If you posted and it still doesn't appear after a refresh, email us and we'll check the database directly.
